El edificio Esparta Suites está ubicado al lado de la playa moreno, cerca de la Avenida Bolívar y el Centro Comercial La Vela. En taxi, se encuentra a aproximadamente 25-30 minutos del aeropuerto (PMV) o a 35-40 minutos del puerto (Punta de Piedras) y cuesta 35-45 dólares. Hay que tomar la vía hacia Pampatar, sector Costa Azul.
