Location
El edificio Vincenzo I está ubicado en frente del Centro Comercial La Vela, en la Avenida Bolívar, aunque la entrada trasera en el Av. El Guamache (donde también se ubica la entrada del estacionamiento) suele ser mas tranquilo para llegar con maletas. En taxi, se encuentra a aproximadamente 25-30 minutos del aeropuerto (PMV) o a 35-40 minutos del puerto (Punta de Piedras). Hay que tomar la vía hacia Pampatar, sector Costa Azul.
